---On July 11 afternoon, a 4-person
group headed by Mr Fornage from French Development Agency
(AFD) paid a visit to HRC. In the meeting, both sides
introduced their own background and business scope, and
explored the potential of mutual cooperation especially
in the fields of SHP environment impact study, construction
project appraisal, technical training etc. in earnest.
Deputy Director Mrs. Cheng Xialei,
two section-chiefs respectively from International Cooperation
and Science & Technology Division and Foreign Affairs
