---On March 14th, President of Yangtze
River Scientific Research Institute which is under Ministry
of Water Resources, Mr. Guo Xiling and his company of
six visited HRC. Director Cheng Xialei with other HRC
leaders Xu Jincai and Xie Yimin warmly welcomed them.
In the exchange meeting, Mr Xu Jincai
made a brief introduction of HRC, including HRC's basic
situation, HRC's work of public benefit in 2012, the construction
of scientific research platform, international exchange
and cooperation, and the industry of scientific research.
President Guo introduced the structure, personnel and
platform construction of Yangtze River Scientific Research
Institute.
Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges
and discussions of future cooperation in scientific research,
engineering quality testing, product development and promotion.
The members of HRC's administrative
