Achievements Scored for China-Vietnam Long-term Cooperation on Science and Technology

   ---During Dec. 11th to 17th 2013, Mr. Nguyen Minh Viet, the Standing Director of Institute for Hydropower and Renewable Energy (IHR) took a delegation including Ms. To Mai Trinh, Deputy Division Chief of Asian and African Affairs under the Department of International Cooperation in the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy from Hanoi University of Science & Technology (HUST) and etc., to visit HRC for a long-term cooperative project on science and technology between the both governments, called Emergency-supporting Technology for Rural Hydropower against Disasters Caused by Climate Change. The delegation checked the being-fabricated micro hydropower unit for the black-start and also visited College of Electrical Engineering in Zhejiang University for discussing the emulation technique of local area network (LAN) power system. Director Ms. Cheng Xialei, Deputy Director Mr. Xu Jincai and other colleagues of HRC joined the meetings with the Vietnamese delegates.(2013-12-26)
