---During March 23-27, 2015, two experts
respectively from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and
Upower Company in USApaid a visit to HRC for cooperating
on the "Decentralized& ComplementaryPower-supply
TechnologyBased on Hydropower". During the visit,
Prof. Jian Sunfrom Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute delivered
an academic report entitled"Microgrids and Renewable
Energy System Integration", which mainly elaborated
how to stabilize the decentralizedpower system especially
during the band of middle &high frequency, by means
of impedance.HRC staffs attended this event and both sidesreached
consensus on the contents and ways of the following cooperation.(2015-04-02)
