---Gangelas Hydroelectric Power Plant,
to which Hangzhou Yatai Hydro Equipment Completing Co.,
Ltd., a subordinate company under HRC, has supplied a
complete set of electromechanical equipment, passed acceptance
of Angolan government on August 7th. Two ministers from
Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Economy visited
the power plant in person.
Gangelas HEPP is installed with 2 units
(400kW+800kW), and is operating as a standalone system
with the pump stations around. The tail water from the
power plant flows into a water pond, and the power generated
from the power plant drives the pumps to work. The water
pumped is then used to irrigate a large area of agricultural
crops. The successful acceptance of Gangelas HEPP will
contribute to the further expansion of African market
for Hangzhou Yatai Hydro Equipment Completing Co., Ltd.
